NSW Registry Of Births Deaths & Marriages

I've had to visit the offices recently a couple of times due to errors on certificates. The staff are all lovely and helpful and waiting times have varied from an hour to two. However I've struggled recently having my phone calls answered and left messages responded to. When getting to speak to Service NSW as helpful and kind as they are their knowledge isn't completely accurate and inline with BDM policies.

I have to use this organisation often through my work and always find them to be informative, helpful and better yet picking up the phone after a few rings.
