I would NEVER purchase from this company again. I have never received such BAD SERVICE!

I had my plumber at the house ready to go and so I took a four hour round trip to go and pick up my bath to install it, only to find that they had applied the wrong colour to the outside. They then took over 6 weeks to correct the mistake. I then asked them to organise and pay for delivery to compensate for their mistake and my time taken to come and pick up the bath initially. They flat out refused. They charged my an additional $150 to courier the bath and $100 to wrap it in some plastic! Best in the business, helped me resurface my 30 years old bathroom and kitchen and now it looks like brand new modern house from the Block on Channel 9. I highly recommend them and 40+ years in the business no wonder they are good. THANK you, Nupride

I used Nu Pride to resurface a bath that had a small crack in it caused by a vase being dropped in the bath. At the time they assured me that the crack was repairable by resurfacing and they guaranteed their work. They assured me it should last 10-15 years.
The crack re-opened within 12 months. I contacted Nu pride who said they'd send someone out to assess the damage and would get back to me with a time their repairer could come out. Instead of sending someone out or even coming out to look at the bath, it took them just under 2 weeks to come back with this email:

I used the team at Nu-Pride to restore an old claw foot bath that had seen better days. They matched the colour to a cup I provided and the result is just lovely brand new looking with the retention of an old-fashioned character. They were also able to arrange to re-chrome a shower rail for me, which was a great relief because I was having trouble finding the right service provider. Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with great communication skills. V happy with the overall result.
