Nunzio's Pizza & Pasta Family Restaurant

My workmate ordered the lunch pizza and she enjoyed it

They are exxy but the pizzas are like pizza shop pizzas, really nice, much better than the commercial pizza places. If you prefer pasta, go the ricotta filled ravioli with Nunzio sauce. Awesome.

I have eaten in store and take away from here quite a few times over the years. However, the last couple times i noticed the prices had increased by $2 each time and the dishes were containing less flavour. Their website prices are not up to date, neither are the take away menus they have in store.

The last dish i ordered was the chicken and mushroom risotto for $24. It tasted like water. It's obvious they cook the risotto rice in water instead of the sauce.

Even being a take away customer, i wouldn't mind waiting an extra 10 or 15 meals for a flavour-full meal.

When i contacted them about it, they offered me a refund or store credit. I opted for the credit even though i was reluctant to give them another go. However, when i called last week to use my credit, It didn't exist except for $2 price discrepency for the last meal. Both calls i asked to speak to the Management and was refused.

I am very disappointed and will never eat there again.

The pizzas here are the best thing on the menu. They have your normal 'standards' and then some interesting topping combinations, my recommendation is the Moroccan Beef pizza - squeeze some lemon juice on top - excellent!

Have never eaten in though, only ever take away, but looks nice enough.
