Nuriootpa Chicken Centre & Deli

Walked into shop today and asked for 1/4 chicken chips n gravy and 3 yiros's. The staff asked if we were serious as it was 40 outside. Said it was too hot to cook . Got it through to them that we wanted what we ordered. They started cooking and basically gave every customer the same attitude. They told 1 customer a***holes over there ( referring to us) had ordered yiros's and they had to cook them. Finally got our food after continual whinging by them and told them I did not appreciate myself and my family refered to as a***holes. Food was great but that staff needs serious customer service training. Will not return.

Arrived 5 minutes prior to closing was told by very grumpy management nearly closing time. Need customer service training. Customers dont need to hear about after hrs worklosd and stress. Not a good experience will not go back
