Which includes a consultation in the comfort of your own home, where I can work with your family and demonstrate and discuss in detail sleep settling strategies.

This service includes an individual schedule, tailored for your family, as well as follow up phone & email support. Follow up visits on a case by case basis.

It may be helpful to have any family member who is caring for the child/ren present at the visit, so that everyone is working together consistently.

Available for group presentations to Mother's Groups, Playgroups, Kindergarten and Childcare Parent information evenings topics include:
