Ordered nappies on 31st August and was told "pre-order for delivery September".
Waited patiently through september, then in early october asked for an update. Repeatedly chased this supplier who went to ground and did not reply to emails or phone calls for days.
Escalated to the US Manufacturer to intervene.
Eventually cancelled the order and got a refund after manufacturer complaint.
Ordered exactly the same product from another supplier; for far less money and got the nappies delivered in 5 days !
So Nurture Nappies: 7 weeks, no nappies, no communication and an angry refund.
Other supplier: 5 days - with great customer service, very helpful and 28% cheaper!
Who did you end up ordering the nappies from? I am haing the exact same problem right now. I ordered nappies in May for delivery in June, baby was born 21st July and still no nappies and no communication from Nature Nappies. Am thinking of trying to get a refund :(
Agata: refund is definitely the way to go - just escalate to the manufacturer in the US; so the pressure on N.N is from them. Chase and chase again to get your money. if you provide an email addr, i can let you know privately where else we ordered from.
Wish I had know about these problems before I ordered. Been chasing my order and money since January 2012. No end of problems and excuses and promises from this owner. What email address did you use for the parent company??
