therapists are up and down. one day smiling, next day not friendly. No warm welcomes, rushing & they look like they can not be bothered!
I want to feel relaxed, when I see their faces it makes me feel more down. I now go to a place where my I can get a better service even if it cost me slightly more; I just want to feel better when I walk out!
