I didn't get a promotional offer!! I requested a dairy free, gluten free, low carb, and no beef, lamb or pork. The meals that arrived were high carb (each meal was either cereal or bread for breakfast, with rice/potato/pasta for dinner).
There were at least three meals that I couldn't eat as they contained meat or dairy. Additionally, all of the salads came with a dressing that could not be quantified.
I requested a refund as this was categorically not what I had asked for, and their customer service representative said that this should occur and was very sorry for the error. Well ... they have offered me $35 - the full week was $135. Quite frankly, I think it's an absolute disgrace. I definitely won't be recommending Nushape as I think that their customer service is deplorable.
Problems from the word go.
Took advantage of their promotion $25 off the first order. Placed order on Friday afternoon and was told I would get the food delivered on Tuesday. That wasn't the case. The email recieved on Monday morning stated the food will arrive the following week. OK, I thought to myself, no biggie. I just won't start the program until a week later. Tuesday came and I was so excited to get the food delivered.
