Took advantage of their promotion $25 off the first order. Placed order on Friday afternoon and was told I would get the food delivered on Tuesday. That wasn't the case. The email recieved on Monday morning stated the food will arrive the following week. OK, I thought to myself, no biggie. I just won't start the program until a week later. Tuesday came and I was so excited to get the food delivered. Opened the box and voila, wrong order delivered (I am a vegetarian and the box was full of meat) Ok, I am a little disappointed, and contacted them on the 1300 number. Told them of the problem, the staff I spoke to, was helpful though and tried to resolve the problem and said that they will get the right order out on Wednesday noon (wednesday is not their normal Canberra delivery) which I was quite happy with the news.
