Used them twice, both local moves, in Sydney. First experience was ok, though they damaged a wall with their truck. Second experience was woeful: they were not careful with our things at all, damaged our leather couch (tried to take off a part that was not removable, when I specifically told them was not removable), worked very slowly. They outsource the jobs to crews, so I'm guessing experience can vary. They still charged us over 2k for a local move, did not bother replying to emails. I've decided it's not worth complaining, just will not be using them ever again!
I have done a lot of moves around Australia and this was by far the worst experience. Not only is 1/3 of our stuff missing including valuable items and irreplaceable sentimental value items, many of the items arrived broken or with pieces missing (we have 1/3 of our our bed frame and the legs or our entertainment but no shelves!) I have been told out stuff is gone forever and they made me feel on the phone that they were going to put no effort into tracking it down. The removalists that were contracted to unpack our items (we moved interstate) have tried their best to track our stuff down but aren't event getting phone call back from Nuss Removals. Please AVOID this company if you value your property. While the management and admin staff are pleasant enough, one staff have little regard for your home. We were left with damage to flooring. These guys are great. A team of 3 completed a very difficult move with lots of stairs at both addresses with great efficiency. Nothing was a problem. I was quoted a fixed price up front, and with the move taking 9 hours, it was great value. I can't recommend them highly enough.
