Glen Nutting from Nutting s Clock and Watch Repairs has been repairing and restoring clocks, watches and chronometers in Tasmania for the last Twenty six years. During this time countless repairs right through to complete restorations have been undertaken.
Specialising in the repair of Antique Watches and Clocks ,many of the famous names in Horology have been restored in my workshop including rare and important pocket and wrist watches by Breguet.
I am TRADE QUALIFIED having attended RMIT University Watchmaking Department as a part of apprenticeship training.
I have recently returned from Omega Service Provider Training in America being the FIRST and ONLY Australian Independent Watchmaker to do so. Training included servicing the CO AXIAL ESCAPEMENT, pressure testing, case refinishing and servicing procedures on current Omega Movements. We strive to undertake current training where provided, unfortunately training on most new Swiss products is NOT available in Australia.
Our fully equipped , clean, Horological Workshop is stocked with both traditional and modern up to date tools.
We provide a free pick up and delivery service for clocks and all our work is fully guaranteed for 12 months.
