This is the worst beauty parlour I've ever gone to. Firstly, I got a wax and they left almost all of the hair. Then, when I went to pay, they insisted that I swipe my credit card twice, claiming that it hadn't worked the first time. However, when I checked my financial statement, I realised they had taken the money out twice. Please avoid Nuyu!
