This little restaurant has been winning awards for the past 7 years. The food is great. The tempura veges were really tasy and the soft shell tempura crab a treat. There's more variety than the average sushi 'train' style restaurant.
The food is very authentic, tasty and the complimentary green tea washes it all down well.
Worth the extra price for this one.
Been there for dinner with my wife in the holiday. In General, it is not too bad as a Sushi shop and food are authentic Japs. Welike "fish of the day" as it is yummy and fresh. Btw, it is salmon portion for us. The dishes are generally more expenseive than Sydney and the quantity is not big enugh compared to the price of what we pay. Anyway, not a bad choice to choose coz the town of Byron Bay is not so big for you to shop aound.
O-Sushi delivers more than your average sushi train. Grab a seat around the bar and watch the chefs work hard to keep the "train" stocked with yummy, freshly prepared sushi, sashimi and other treats. It's not cheap, but with this quality produce its well worth a visit. Takeaway and catering also available.
