My advice is to avoid this business and go elsewhere. The proprietor is incompetent, unhelpful, rude and unapologetic.

I phoned and ordered a $6 power switch for my coffee machine and he advised that it would be a four to six week wait. Although I knew he was sourcing the part from Sydney and could have it the next day, I decided to wait patiently for the part to be ordered in. He told me that he would phone when it arrived.

Terrible customer service. False 4th promise undelivered. Cuts the phone line when questioned about the delay. Repeatedly says if Ive understood English. Don't deal with them when there are others.
