We checked in on the 10th December 2015 and checked out three days later - 4 days early. There is a skip bin opposite the apartment in which the pubs throw bottles all night and then start again at 7.30am. The municipal waste truck empties the bin at 6.30am. When bottles are not breaking motorbikes roar up and down the road. Management is fully aware of the noise problem. They were unhelpful and refused to refund any of the accommodation costs, added to this when told there were silver fish in the apartment, his response was "yes a couple of people have complained of them". I would highly recommend you do not book at Observation Rise and most especially in Block M.
