Absolutely dissapointing. Unprofessional, rude and dishonesty customer services.
Had put down a deposit and placed an order for an optical frame and was told that it takes 3-4 weeks to delivered.
After 6 weeks heard nothing so gave them a call and was told that should have already arrived, and they said they'll contact their supplier and after a day i heard nothing so gave them another call to follow-up. Unfortunatly, this customer was becoming very rude and irate and would not allow us to rectify the problem (which was a product supply issue). We refunded the money immediately and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
