Ocean Acupuncture - Lois Nethery

I have been a client of of Ocean Acupuncture for many years and during this time experienced excellent customer service. If my call is not answered immediately, it is returned in a timely fashion and I have never had an appointment cancelled or rescheduled. The staff are friendly, gentle, experienced and highly skilled. The rooms are well equipped, spotless and very comfortable with relaxing music and lighting, all of which creates the perfect atmosphere. I would recommend Ocean Acupuncture to anyone. In fact, my husband and some of my family and friends are clients of Ocean Acupuncture too.

I wanted to try acupuncture for my stress levels. And was given Ocean Acupuncture's name from a friend of a friend. I tried on a few occassions to contact them but they never returned my calls. Another practioner did call suggesting I go to this person as other staff was off sick and it was unknown when staff would be returning to work. I went to the other practioner who seemed very helpful but just prior to my 2nd visit staff cancelled about 1 hour before the appointment was due ( I only have two days a week where I can see a practioner either I am working or have my daughter when she is off pre-school so I was quite disappointed as it was so last minute). However staff was extremely apologetic and offered me a free consultation. But after having my 2nd consultation staff charged me full fees, and I felt uncomfortable asking staff about my free consultation, especially as I could hear other people in a different room.
