Ocean Catch Fish & Chips

With out a doubt the worst fish and chips on the peninsula, grey, brown fish which tasted disgusting. Drove back to complain and got a refund thankfully but not much of an apology.
This is definitely one to avoid!

Worst customer service on the Peninsula! My very basic order took over 60 minutes to cook, when I was given an estimate of 30 minutes when placing the order. There were no apologies, but instead only arguing with me that it hadn't actually been 60 minutes. What a long time to wait for pretty average food!

Deserves no star! Chips and potato cakes soggy and inedible! The fish was dark brown inside. I phoned the shop and the person I spoke to was just rude and dismissive........I told them that I would report the shop to the council and the person said "Go for your life, they will just laugh at you!"

Doesn't even deserve a star, fish was dry, chips were soggy, cold and un-salted. We ordered a family pack plus 5 addition potato cakes, they were the size of two 20cent coins. Also didn't receive the salad. Called to provide feedback as they have a commitment statement on menu requesting ways to improve, was spoken down to and told I was wrong and hung up on. Terrible service, terrible food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed. Patato cakes small and rubbery. Dim Sims were cold. Chips were soggy, flake was dry. Basically really bad. Won't be ordering from them again.
