Ocean Key Pastry House

I ordered a cake for my sons 5th birthday and received a text 15mins prior to pick up that the baker ordered the wrong cake flavour. My son picked the cake and asked for chocolate sponge and ended up with vanilla sponge. I supplied the toy to put on the cake instead of the ones they had on offer. No discount offered. When I arrived to pick the cake up it was not ready it was 25 mins late. My guest were due to arrive within the next 30mins. At the end of the day I didn't get what I ordered, it wasn't ready when I went to collect I asked for a discount and was told it was a bigger cake and a nice cake. Which I said it isn't what I ordered. My son did not want to eat his cake. The only reason I took it was I didn't want my son to have a party and no cake. Very disappointed. Don't ever get anything from this place there customer service is appauling.

I was served by one of the rudest women I have ever experienced, everything seemed like the biggest effort for her she did not want to help me at all.

Great Bakery absolutely love the pies, bread and especially the cakes definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some quality pastry goods to consume. Staff always helpful, there is language barrier but you can't hold that against anyone in the multicultural county we live. I'm off to go get another custard horn, sooo good!
