Ocean King Fish & Chips

Customer service was terrible, won't be returning for the amount of times we have been accused of lying by the manager and the attitude they gave me. Food tasted old and was cold when I received it. As well as I ordered 3 potato cakes and got dim sims - they told me I was lying when I confronted them but argued until I got what I payed for. Store is un-hygienic as well as some of the workers there (their fingernails are extremely long which is a hygiene issue when working with food, they are meant to be kept short). Don't bother with this store to save time and breath.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Myself and a group of friends ordered a large ammount of food over the phone. After the manager took our order, he read the order back to me. It was correct when he read it back to me. However, after picking up the order from the shop and taking it home, 8 potato cakes and 5 fried dims sims were missing. We called back straight away enquiring about our missing food. The manager accused us of lying and would not help or compensate us for our missing food. After telling him we were upset with their customer service he swore at us on the phone and pretty much giving us a "too bad soo sad attitude"
Will NEVER go back! And we will be making sure all of our friends know about our horrible experience!

We've been going to this store for over 4 years, and they have been consistently fantastic.
So much so we have moved out of Heritage Springs to Officer and still return back there when we want fish and chips.

Absolute load of rubbish. Fish was no good, chips average and the banana fritter was about 2 weeks old and pretty much just mush. Don't bother.

Just paid $43 for mostly rubbish, souvlakis had the worst meat I have ever had, and not the first time!! Neat is fatty,chewy large chunks that seem to be pre cooked and not on a Gyros... Plus no eftpos... When is this going to fixed? I get paid electronically why can't I pay the same way..???
