Not sure everything going on there is above board. Been there on three occasions with friends and every single time was some argument or fight going on. This place is in a great spot, but I won't take friends there. Scarborough beach really needs to lifts it game with bars,. The crowd there seems to enjoy the place, suppose if you are drunk, it does not matter. Music can be very loud!
