Do not trust this company. Their aim is to rip you off and get the most money from you as possible. Have used them twice and both times, have been ripped off (overly charged by hundreds of dollars). I have asked for itemized tax receipt - still have yet to receive this from them. I am writing this so thst others are aware. If you use them, make sure you are aware of time they start and finish service, extra/hidden charges, and ensure you request itemized receipt as this is how they hide their extra costs - by not providing this to you. Needless to say, will never use them again and hope others reading this, steer clear away also!

Very disappointed with this firm and will never use them again. Charged my credit card even though they said on the phone they take it only for security, that it wouldn’t be charged and they would send me an invoice. The work wasn't completed and I had emailed them twice stating this and asking when it would be finalised. Absolutely no response from them. But charged my credit card and provided a non-itemised invoice stating the job was complete. The job was not completed successfully first time around and they had to return to re-do it and they said no charge for the repeat visit, but as the invoice was not itemised, who would know if I was or wasn't charged.

Have had a few jobs done by Ocenside over the last couple of years - they are efficient, punctual, obliging and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Misleading information was given to overcharge. Call out fees were charged multiple times for the same job.

Information given and work carried out was not relevant to the issues..

They treat women differently to men (proven upon second quote) and were aggresive and dismissive when questioned.
