Pathetic excuse for a strata company. Really slack in getting back to owners/ executive committee. Lots of unexplained disbursements added to their expenses. A revolving door of incompetent people. When purchased property, the personselling the unit discreetly hinted that they had purchased a property who were managed by O'connors, yet they recently changed management. A professional, yet thinly veiled attempt to advise me to think about moving strata companies. Would NEVER ever recommend this company. Think of them as an insurance company; happy to take your money but will do very little for you and the other owners.
Terrible and pathetic. Couldn't be bothered to organise a thing and charged us everytime we called. Not only that, they charged us for services we never received. Do yourself a favour, stay well away from this company....happy to take your money, but do nothing in return.
I use to be on the committee of another strata that was not with oconnors in my last unit. When i came to this unit, we were with o'connors and what a difference! I joined the committee at the agm in the first year of my ownership and i am astounded at just how good they are. I talk to my manager all the time about the cleaners and the neighbours, and they always have great advice for me and can help deal with any of the issues we bring up. The other committtee here as well said that they have been nothing short of amazing in dealing with their past building defect issues as well. I see this is true, through the way that they handle all of their communication to us and the owners. A joy to deal with.
Could not recommend this organisation more. Not only have the staff been supportive, knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of strata management, they have also educated our Executive Committee and never looked down at us for not knowing everything that they do. Always helpful, always detailed and ever available to take calls and answer emails. If you want a company that listens and actually works WITH you, then you'll be glad to be with this bunch.
