Complete disaster. Our AdWords ROAS declined and ended up being around 1/3 of the KPI set.
We paid them over $500 for AdWords setup, which was never completed, gave no additional insights and resulted in them installing additional code on our site. Communication from their Australia manager was good, but all offshore staff both the communication and attention to detail of work was sub standard.
