We pride ourselves on the service we provide to our clients. We completed to your satisfaction the work you instructed us to carry out for you and your various entities more than 5 months ago. We don’t consider it unreasonable to pursue payment for the completed work in circumstances where you had failed to pay your invoice for over 5 months. We were disappointed to receive this review but, given that it is only a criticism of our terms of payment, we accept that you may take a different view as to what is reasonable with respect to paying for services provided.
