Our charge rates are unique: 1. those financially eligible for legal aid whom do not meet Legal Aid's merit test; Band 2: most mums and dads earning between $30,000 and $67,000 per year; Band 3: Mums and Dads earning more than $67,000 per year. Your hourly rate is determined upon your family income.
and range from $280 per hour to $405 hr plus GST for our most senior family lawyer. Your income will determine your hourly rate or you may negotiate a fixed fee for non-litigation matters.
