I came to odyssey nails here at airport west and was greeted by a very nice employee of yours by the name Kim. However when Kim asked a colleague of hers about pricing of the queries I had, that colleague of her with overly powdered pale looking face and heavy make up was extremely rude. She yelled at me for having so many queries and said she didn't need my patronage. Safe to say it's the last time I'm coming to this branch. Thanks to the black sheep who ruins my experience with her extremely shocking customer service. The rudest person I've ever met.
Went into this place today and had shellac on my nails. Boy oh boy NEVER again!!!!! One hour later looked at nails and shellac is coming off! Wished I had read reviews on this place before I went there. Don't know how they are still in business. You's should be ashamed of yourselves. Management should train their staff in technics of nail art and some manners would be a great asset also. My 3 year old granddaughter could do better
The most rushed and worst pedicure I have ever had. They didn't even move their trolleys so I had to climb over to sit down. The girl was looking the other way when filing my nails so they ended up on an angle rather than straight. Then she painted my skin and didn't even try to wipe the polish off before finishing the pedicure. The guy beside me was there before me and was still going once I had been finished, he didn't even get polish! Would never recommend this place. Do not go here.
Some staff are nice while others are arrogant and have no respect. I had one pull off the shellac uv lamp of the table to give to another customer while my hand was still in it. Also got a cut from bad filing. They take in way too many customers than they can assist. They need more staff and better cudtomer service skills
