Worst place I'd ever been to. May as well have thrown my money in the bin as had to come home rub it all off and do myself. They used blunt old nail files which stabbed my skin and filed my toes all pointy and jagged then didn't even sand the top of my nails which turned them yellow when the clear coat went on. Went home had to remove it and file myself just to get all their damage off
will never go back here !! No base coat- no top coat done, I was given a trainee . When I accidentally knocked myself over while drying my nails, the color was damaged so I apologized and asked them to do it again for me. Then, staff took all the frustration out on me. Started shouting, couldn't find the original color I had from the rack and I was asked to pay full price even I had two different shades of color in my one hand ! Shocking...
I came in for a refill. My nail technician had very long nails and it impeded her ability to do my nails correctly. She accidently and carelessly cut my cuticles with the electric nail file as she was going too close and it really hurt. Several cuticles are bleeding. The nail polish is lumpy, cracked and I was charged an extra five dollars for drying them under UV light. My nails were not dry under the uv top coat. I was misled. Also I recieved free design on two nails but that did not make up for my painful experience! I spent an hour fixing my own nails the following day. I had to buff off all the lumps on the acrylic.
