Odyssey Nails

I talked my mother into coming along to Odyssey Nails in Westfield Doncaster on Sunday with me. We both asked for SNS. My technician wasn't so bad - I had to give her a bit of guidance to ensure I got what I wanted but my poor mom had the rudest, roughest technician who knicked 6 out 10 of her fingers with the nail sander (sides and cuticles). My mom went back to complain a day later to show them the damage but they just gave her a blank look and said "we're not trying to trick you". She paid $70 for the experience to add insult to injury. For this price tag we expect better service. Plus the salon is grubby and I'm pretty sure they don't entertain proper hygiene standards. We won't be going back!!!

Went to Diamond Nails in Westfield Doncaster with 4 others for a girls day out. The salon only had one nail technician working so staff called more technicians to come and help from the other salons in Westfield connected to it. All our manicures and pedicures were really poorly done. I have never seen such badly trained technicians and I've had manicures and pedicures for 20 years from professional in many independent Salons. My pedicure was so bad, I had to tell the technician HOW TO DO A PEDICURE. They have no idea. I asked if they were qualified and said, NO !... DON'T waste your money on these places, they are not qualified. The other manicures were so badly filed that we had to re file them at home. It was an in and out procedure without any thought of pampering or relaxation for the customer. Disappointing, horrible, bad job, I will never go to another of these places again. Ruined our girls day out.
