I go here once a fortnight for a Shellac manicure - Almost all of the staff are great and know what they're doing. There are one or two staffs that are new and aren't as thorough, but I can always see the other staff watching them and making sure they don't make any mistakes. They're very friendly and speak pretty good English, and I'm always happy with my nails when I walk out at the end of an appointment. There are definitely better places around, but for the prices, it's a good place.
Got referred to go here last week as my usual was booked. I had a black tie function in the city and my toe nails were very unacceptable to be out in public. There's no other way to explain them than by saying 'they were EWWWWWY' - I had Tina, a young, quiet girl. She was quite fast, did an amazing job and I was so proud to have all my lil toes out on show for my evening. I am still enjoying the view from up here. Warning though, If you are sensitive to a group of staff randomly speaking their country tongue and then all laughing while not wanting to have eye contact at you, than maybe this is not the place to go...... happened quite a few timesn so I just put my ipod on! :))))
