Office Comforts

Ordered several office chairs which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately quality control was lacking as now had second chair replaced due to marks and defects. Customer service severely lacking and when second chair was replaced was made to feel as if were being picky with the delivery staff saying that they would just accept the chair with marks. Obviously they earns too much and can afford to waste hundreds of dollars on a defective leather chair. Cannot recommend.

When previously costing out office furniture to purchase, I noticed this store on the way out to IKEA (just next to it). They would have to be the cheapest stockist of "Criterion" office furniture (and other brands) in Perth. They are organised, efficient and can order and customise many products. The show-room is a bit cluttered, but it does allow a huge amount of samples to be shown in one space. There is an upstairs floor, with even more products on display. There's not much adjustment on prices, as they present already discounted products, compared to other suppliers. Eg. a desk was ~$410 here, and the same item was ~$550 at Officeworks. They have a delivery service, where the items are delivered fully built and ready. Desks, Cupboards, White-boards, Pin-boards, chairs, etc. Also, an interesting "seconds" area behind the main show-room is always worth a look around for a bargin. Knowledgable staff. Ask for "Mina" (assistant manager) for friendly service!
