This has to be the slowest NSW Government office I have ever had dealings with since its move to Parramatta. Staff walk around like snails and counter staff are even slower. There can be a dozen people waiting for 1/2 hour and no effort is made to service them. Stamping on slow form can take up to 6 wks to get an assessment.When will the staff get their act together a rhere is no service!
Although government authorities can at times be nothing short of painful, the majority of the dealings I have had with the OSR have been pleasant, helpful and of assistance to my enquiry. The online portal for submitting duties is easy to navigate and allows for immediate confirmation so you are not waiting weeks for return snail mail.
The enquiries line offers professional service and has always assisted me with any concerns. A good service that is definitely keeping up with peoples need for easy online access.
