Officeworks

Staff who were working on 5/11/2016 were very slow and were not taking initiative. I saw someone wait for over 5 minutes at the register just to pay for a single item - I'm surprised he waited that long! For the majority of time that I was waiting to be served there was one staff member binding a book and another printing large sheets of paper while people were waiting to pay for items. Not once did either staff member think to call a staff member on the floor for help. And no 'sorry' to those who had waited for such a long time. It takes me a lot to get frustrated with customer service, but this was beyond a joke.

Staff is very knowledgeable and there are plenty available staff to help. Never run out of stock when I'm there, plenty of parking and quite a big store compared to other office works.

Had a great experience! After leaving Harvey Norman stunned over a computer and pricing, headed down the road to Officeworks. The staff member was incedibly helpful. The computer I wanted was in stock :-) at the price I wanted to pay and choosing the right size monitor was not only simple it was $45 less than at HN :-) While there we looked at small laptops and again the staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I got a better cheaper deal, the service was excellent and I would recommend Office Works if you are looking for a new computer!
