yeah the customer service is beyond mediocre. I needed an out of stock product, and was told by one store manager they were coming in tomorrow, and another one said it was coming in next week. Went back the following week, and it was still out of stock. Please try to be a little more organised and competent next time, at least a little.

Terrible store. Went in for advice regarding a wireless adapter for my (linux) desktop, got told absolute garbage. Fortunately I checked Google before buying an ~$100 dollar product, but if I didn't...
