Officeworks

I walked into this store with a usb to print and bind pages together for my business plan that was rather important. Only to have the staff members treat me poorly. They were rude and they didn't care at all about what I had 2 say as well as showing off a poor attitude. They lacked respect, politeness and professionalism. I found that they didn't care at all about my needs and wants and all they wanted 2 do was quickly serve me so I could be out of there. I found this very selfish and inconsiderate of them.

The customer service at this store was disgusting. The staff either needs to be re trained or replaced. I came to get 2 piles of paper binded. The service i received was being served then forgotten, staff serving me was arrogant, rude and condescending. It was a horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!

This officeworks has the slowest and poorest service out of all of them! And the rest of them aren't that great either.

You will most likely find everything that you need, but it will take you a while to find it, and expect to pay full price for it as well.

As for the printing & copying side, if you want something done quickly and/or professionally, I would try elsewhere.

Officeworks is a great concept - it's extremely handy to consumers to have all those products in the one place. It is a shame that it is so often poorly executed. The service at this Officeworks is atrocious. There often seems to be many staff there - but none of them seem to be available to help customers. My experience (numerous times) is that they serve customers wanting to buy things only begrudgingly as you have interrupted them doing something else. If you ask for assistance finding an item or a particular product, my experience is that they can't help you and you are better off looking for the item yourself.
