Standards have dropped at this store. The equipment and stocks are poorly maintained - probably for cost cutting purposes. Staff and managers seem more interested in making excuses than offering simple/agreeable customer service solutions. Will use Taylors Lakes or Highpoint stores in future.

Went to the store at 8pm to print photos. Very poor service. One particular staff is mean and not helpful. I requested for assistance 3 times but she in not at all interested. Very poor customer service. Another staff tried to check the issue and i was told that the cables for printing are not working .

I Called yesterday to caroline springs Officeworks 03 9219 7200 around 6:45 pm someone picked up the call, asked that whether you can take photo for infant for passport size, she said yes and advise to visit the store, when we reached store around 7:30 pm we went to the photo counter and requested to take photo for our son, they refused to say no they don't take photos for infants and also their machine is not working.

I had an appointment next day in Indian consulate which got cancelled, my son is just 3 months old and it was very bad to that after telling us yes and driving 15 mins from home and then say NO.

If you don't do it why are you telling people over the phone yes? Very poor customer service as they even did not advise where we can go, very rude staff

Office works here is nice and clean. Not as busy as other Office Works i've too. So assistance is easy and quick to come by on the floor. I have been a few times here to print off some photos. They were 10 cents for the smallest size. Overtime i noticed the quality of the prints aren't the greatest but for 10 cents i wasnt complaining. I came in here the other day to do some prints for my son kindergarten class, and the price jumped up to 20 cents. I only needed to print 2 copies but for that quality it was not worth the price. I know next time i wont be printing big batches until their quality improves. Its pretty much self serve. The printer is just there for the prints to collect so that made things easy and didnt really need a human service just had to pay at the counter.
