Ahhh I just don't understand how customer service can be that bad. Their printing service is abominable. I try to avoid this place as much as I can but when I really need something printed fast I thought I had no choice. ALthough after a 45minute wait...where can I say fair enough if it's busy but the employees were just walking around aimlessly and taking their time. After the wait I find out they can't print it. Well i'm sorry but have this on your website how many days it will take to print something simple, because I did look this up and there was nothing. Thank you for making me fail my subject.

This is not a good Officeworks for customer service.

Unbelievable rudeness and arrogance. Especially from team member. I have twice encountered the remarkable rudeness from this person. Will treat you like a scumbag if you ask for a standard price match or act bordering on hostile if you attempt to return an item. Just rude.

I have shopped there for years and have spent thousands there but this low level of customer service will change the consistently colour of you day and leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. Don't recommend calling up with a question unless you enjoy long, long long times on hold.

Shop at any other Officeworks if you possibly can. If you cant avoid staff member. Just appalling.

I come here to do all my stationary shopping, and always return for more! The staff here are really helpful, especially with printing photos and the like.

Staff are usually pretty helpful. Don't visit during peak times as it's way too hectic, especially in the print department. Late evening is usually really quiet.

I contacted Officeworks Highett on the phone for a simple electronic question. I was put on hold for 15 frustrating minutes only to be diverted twice (both to the wrong department). When I finally spoke to someone and tried complaining they cut me off & put me on hold again!!!! I spoke with someone in "electronics" who didn't know the difference between a digital camera which was released this year and that which came out 4-5 years ago!! (expert??) After some time I realised this guy didn't have a clue, he was confused between a digital & video camera??? Thumbs down for good old customer service and expert advice - I went to Dick Smith instead & got the help I needed. They lost me with such bad service :(
