Officeworks

I purchased an IPhone 14 Pro Max on 10Sep22. It supposed to deliver on 13Sep22.
The day after I placed the order, it changed to 14Sep. Then changed to 15Sep. Then to 16Sep. Every day they changed the delivery date and postponed it to another day.
I got really upset about this order and I requested for the cancellation on 14Oct22.
They told me they cancelled the order. However I haven't received the cancellation email and confirmation.
I called Officeworks today(26Oct22), and they told me the cancellation request hasn't been finished yet!!!
Officeworks don't care about it's customer.
They are not reliable!!!!
I will not buy anything from Officeworks in the future and I don't recommend it to anyone to buy from Officeworks, and I will spread the world about this company. People should know.

Convenient drop off and that is where it ends. (Re their mailman service)
Lack of communication as to status and tracking. No notification once delivered. I have to follow up with the person I was sending it to to be advised it had arrived. Both these parcels were sent to South Australia. Each given 8-12 business days (read 10-18 calendar days - nearly 3 weeks!!). Extra small parcel. Takes 5 calendar days to get to Adelaide. Then nothing, no tracking expect handed to local contact. Had to chase and chase for both and both were late and last the 12 business days. They are using Fasttrack couriers once it gets to the capital location and only have to read their appalling reviews to see why this is not working.
Tried to contact and provide feedback to Mailman and crickets, so can only infer from that their care factor equates to that of the sub-contractors they use - i.e. a big fat ZERO!

Shockingly rude staff. Was slamming the keys on the registry. The staff at this branch have mental problems. This branch should be shut down.

I was interested in purchasing a particular product and visited the store. Could not find it so sought assistance. The service person was not overly helpful and I had to show him the product online. Did not seem to be in store even though online it states there were some in stock. He advised to order online. I asked if the store could order it in and he said no. I have tried to order online but not working so rang another Officeworks and discussed. I was advised to come in and they will order for me and I clarified that the store can order in for customers as I thought. The service person at North Ryde was not helpful and seemed disinterested in helping me. I was not very happy. Staff should assist in this situation and order a product in.
