Officeworks

Tina, store manager, is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I have reported her and made an official complaint against her to Officeworks head office. I will never go and spend a cent in that O'Connor store ever again.

I came in to print photos. Desks were dusty and gross. I couldn't get the lightning plug on 5 machines to work. then the first machine that let me sit and select wouldn't get the photos ready for print so I moved machines. Then the next machine told me that I didn't have pics selected. AAAgggg. I called someone (thinking they can override and make the machine realise it actually does have pics selected. 35 of them). No just attitude that it wasn't his fault and it was the software. No, I'm sorry this machine has wasted your time. and the guy on the service desk never came to check if I was having trouble. Rubbish service. I told him I will go back to Fremantle.

If it isn't in store and needs to be shipped in DO NOT buy it.

I ordered a desk 3 weeks ago on a Sunday and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days, then by the end of the week, then the next week. I also made three phone calls all of which each time told me I would be called back... only one did on the third attempt.

After 3 weeks had passed I went into the store a second time to find it was there but I had not been contacted. When I asked for it to be delivered to my house, for free, as a gesture of good will for the disaster the whole process has been I was denied.

Definitely would not recommend.

Who took my review of this store off...this is not letting people speak their mind....disgusting...and they don't answer emails either
