Large Office Works store stocking all your office needs. One of their bigger stores, found some really good specials on office chairs. Staff were friendly. Stocked all the office items that I needed. Reasonably priced. Easy & logial layout of the store. Brought the wrong product and the staff were happy to arrange an exchange. All Good.

Without a doubt the repeatedly worst print centre I have used.



I usually never write a negative review because hey, everybody has a bad day.



However I have had repeated problems and lack of service at office works Osborne park.



From arriving home only to find out that the scans have been carelessly cut off and not checked before charging me, to repeatedly long wait times only to be met with uninterested staff (with the exception of one staff member) this store has never failed to fail me. Not just in their service, but in the products I pay for.



I would highly recommend any other print centre in the area. Snap printing is just a short distance up the road and is reasonably priced.

I received outstanding service here from a girl at the print desk, regarding some urgent banners I required. When they ran out of material, they personally attended another store to have the banner made. They were very helpful with options for the most cost-effective options in terms of the banners I needed based on the purpose of purchasing them, and despite being quite busy that day, did not rush me.

I went in a few days later looking for a product, and a staff member advised where to look. He saw me a little later on and he asked if I'd managed to find the product I was looking for.

Based on those two separate experiences with the staff I dealt with, I have been very happy with Officeworks Osborne Park. I also really like their very business-friendly opening hours.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! In store and on the phone!

Got to say i know its along way for some of us to go but the girls here were just brilliant. Help me with an area that Mildland wouldn't due to two very grumpy OLDER women. Thank god for young girls who think outside the square.
