Officeworks

Seriously the most unhelpful staff and extremely poor printing quality that they have. Never have i had to see such a low disregard for customer service and quality. Everything i pronted will now be shredded what a watse of paper time and money. This quality was given to me by the girl at the print counter. This wasnt a selfserve either. How can you hand that to someone and expect them to like what they recieved. If thats what they think is high quality they are dilusional. Will ever go back to officeworks in pakenham will definately travel the extra to go elsewhere

Officeworks has some good stuff but I'm unsure about their policy on customer service. The store wasn't busy and there were clearly staff wandering... was anyone going to help me with my inquiry? So I waited....and waited...and (just out of curiosity) waited some more... for over forty minutes and still no one asked me if I needed assistance. Either they must expect the customer to be in their faces or I must be invisible.
