As a beach city and a major tourist place, I thought you could have done better than abandoning customers outside the door. I came as just before 5pm on a Saturday and there was still customers inside the store. All I wanna do was to grab the photo I printed in the morning and I bet it would take less than 2 mins. I didn't expect that the staffs just stayed behind the door and said "we're close" without asking what was my need. When was the time when customer's first. Well done treating customer like s**t!

This store is absolutely useless! Management doesnt return phone calls; staff have no idea what theyre talking about! This store is a major disappointment. This store is a joke!

I love office supplies stores, and this is one of my favourites. Recently the carparking has changed, you need to purchase a ticket and put it in the windshield before you leave the car, but at the counter they refund your $2.

They have a lot of variety. The staff aren't always helpful. Last week I was there on a Saturday afternoon and it took me 20 minutes to find a sales assistant to get me a calculator from the locked cupboard.
