I went on their website and found what I wanted.
On their website it said that they had some in stock so I rung up and spoke to a staff from there to confirm that they had it in stock. The staff was rude and said to me "Look if it says its in stock then its in stock" so I didnt want to get into a argument with that staff I thought ok and jumped into my car and drove all the way from Melton in peak hour traffic which took around 25mins. Once I was there I found one but it was the display model so I waited in line to ask if they had anymore or if I could buy the model one instead. Now I like Officeworks stores,but this one has a few problems. The range is not as big as other stores and everytime I am in there the staff do not even acknowledge you are there, either when your looking for something or are the only one waiting to be served with a staff member right in front of you.
The only good thing is that you can recycle your ink cartridges etc there.

Loubear, i would firstly like to apologize for the unpleasant experience you seem to have had at our store. I too also see faults in the way which the store is organised and functioned, but i can confidently say that the staff which i work with will do all they can for the customers they serve.
We understand our store is limited (stock wise) and do our best to organise free deliveries, even to your home!
I am not part of the management team, i do not work for head office and i was not asked to write this comment. I simply would like to say that although we can't please everybody we do try our very hardest.
