West Ryde store is pretty good. its local AND open till late. Its a small store so I only go there for stuff I KNOW they have, which I check prior to leaving the house. Staff are OKish but hard to find on occasion. Im happy its there, right next to Pet barn.

Such a bad experience......
Went in to buy a particular product that my friends had bought at the Northmead store on Sunday. I wanted to support my local store so I went down to West Ryde today (Monday) and found the product in the clearance bin. Wanted to buy at 10 for $2 like my friends at Northmead but at West Ryde they were 4 for $2 and no way would they price match. Had to buy one lot because I needed it right away but not happy. So much for appreciating customer loyalty!!
Will be back to Big W for me for all my stationary and printer ink needs.......at least I know they will price match with stuff in their own stores. Parking at West Ryde is also abysmal and staff are few and far between. Don't waste your time.

Never ever get your stuff printed here. They constantly muck up my printing orders to the point I were I have to reprint somewhere else. They expect me to pay for documents they screwed up and there is always lines because no one is there to serve you. Worst costumer service I have ever received never shopping there again.

This shop gets my award for 'worst car park in the world': tiny, hard to get in/out of.
Then if you're unlucky enough to get into the store, this gets the award for 'hardest to find staff or goods'.
Two *'s because prices are good - but I won't be back.

Pretty reasonably priced office and computer supplies. I bought an office chair from here recently and it was good that they had all the models set up ready to test. I also often get printer ink cartridges from here because they will beat competitors prices by 5%.
