Don't get too excited the 5 star review is for their staff especially the lady behind the print and copy centre. Absolutely exceptional service, professional and everyone is always friendly, polite, smiling and willing to assist customers, well at least everytime I have been in there. Now back to the 5 stars for the lady in the print and copy centre...always busy and everytime I have been there she is always piled up with work and more work - the way she handles customers and each job is always professional, diligent and shame on Officeworks as a company and/or management for not arranging staff to help relieve or assist her when she has queues of customers and shame on people for not being more respectful, empathetic and polite...1 person can only do so much...maybe people should be a little bit more organised and don't take your poor time management abilities out on someone who is only trying to do their job a customer at a time! "Patience is a virtue!"
