Officeworks

Whilst buying a floor stock monitor the staff misplaced the power cable. They took my number and said they'd hold it for 24 hr and give me a call when they found the cable. Next Day No call, so I went back in. They'd decided to return to monitor to the manufacturer for a refund, so they lost the cable, could be bothered finding it or calling the customer, instead thought of their bottom line first and lumped their mistake on the manufacturer. Office Works were more interested in looking after themselves than the customers or the manufacturers. Poor performance from these guys.

I must admit I usually have in the past gone to the other branch of Officeworks, the one on Adelaide St in Brisbane, however I have gone here one or twice in the past and while there is definitely a good selection of office supplies, such as inks, stationery, the only thing maybe to consider is to go on a weekday rather than weekend (as I had to) as it was super busy then and parking was in short supply.

Had to drop in here for work and was not impressed at all with the parking!! Staff are friendly and helpful though and they have a good selection

Very busy store here at Woolloongabba with a small tight car park. Can't get to it going north on Ipswich Rd without taking a few detours (use gps if unfamiliar with the area). Otherwise helpful staff, well stocked and tidy.

Access is very difficult and there is not a lot of parking available. It seems to get quite busy on weekends.

Staff are quite friendly and happy enough to help.
