xtremely rude. Said not taking new patients. I have had severe pain in my back for nearly 4 years. It is diagnosed as chronic. Have a buldging disc and saw these reviews and thought this could be the miracle cure. I am only 25. But he rudeness was awful. I would rather be in pain than see this guy. Even though I have a referal from my doctor. Just a horrible person! no compassion or care! hung up on me.
This review is so far removed from my experience it's unbelieveable. I have been a patient of Dr Woo for over 35 years and he has helped me many times when western medicine has failed. He is one of the most caring and compassionate practitioners I know. It's true that he doesn't take new patients without a referral from a specialist, and perhaps he was very busy when the patient called: that's often the case. I think Dr Woo is an outstanding practitioner and a wonderfully kind man. He has successfully treated patients in China, Vietnam and India when all other treatments have failed for them, and often done this in one of his free clinics. Truly a wonder worker!
I had a tummy operation 2 1/2 years ago and have been in pain continually. I was sent to have laser treatment but no difference then was referred to another specialist that gave me steroid injections which had no affect. At no stage was I get told what the problem was. After hearing on TV about nerve pain and how it would feel like a knife stabbing me from the inside out. I knew I had this sort of problem. I found the OG Pain Clinic on the internet. I got an urgent referral to see Dr Woo and within one visit he told me I had soft tissue damage and did Acupotomy on the effected areas. After one visit I had no pain and he did a followup to check that he had found all the area that gave me the pain. Dr Woo you are a miracle man. Thank you so much. I have my life back again.
I was suffering severe pain in my right knee and had to take 3 days off work plus the weekend to rest up to hopefully relieve the pain. The pain still came back. I visited Dr Woo last week and after just one visit I was amazed at how I was feeling (pain free). Dr Woo is truly a miracle worker. I fully believe and trust Dr Woo and acupotomy. If you are suffering from severe pain don't put up with it. Get a referal letter from your GP (stating the matter is urgent - it's the only way you'll get in to see him) and let Dr Woo work his magic.
Dr Woo examined me for neck related issues in 2004, i'd seen many different specialist & doctors in three different states before finding him. One was a top neurologist. No-one solved my symptons. It would only happen once maybe twice a year, kind of like Vertigo but not a dizzy feeling more a shaking that would last a few minutes. Dr Woo used Acupotomy in one treatment and I still haven't had the symptons return. I went to see him again recently for a different pain complaint that hadn't responded to three different treatments and he fixed that aswell! Dr Woo is the 'Master" and might be just what you need if 'normal' solutions are not working.
Last month I travelled from Sydney to see Dr Woo for treatment of Bells Palsy. When I saw him, he explained the anatomy in detail and described the treatment he would use to improve this condition.
The treatment took less than 30 minutes and didnt hurt.
Immediately after the treatment, I was amazed to see more movement on top of my eyebrow and my face muscles were no longer tight.
I have continued to see improvement after the treatment and intend to see him again in 3 months time. I would absolutely recommend anyone suffering from Bell's Palsy to see Dr Woo. If you would like to see him, I would strongly recommend that you obtain an referral from your GP which specifies that you need URGENT ASSISTANCE to see Dr Woo.
