OH! believes in a holistic approach to health combining exercise, nutrition & ongoing support in order to help you attain your goals, offering group & one on one exercise sessions (from gentle exercise through to HIIT & strength training), nutritional reviews, swimming exercise sessions, gym or at home workout programs, Fit Camps & phone, email & SMS support.

About me:
I am a twenty something female who believes in a holistic approach to health and well being. This includes everything from psychological health to nutrition & exercise.

I strive for continuous self-improvement and development in all aspects of my life - especially health and fitness. I have realized that my experience and professional development is a journey, not a destination. This means that I am continually learning, training, and gaining experience as a professional in the health industry in order to bring you the best services I can.

* Current Registration with Fitness Australia - Qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Gym Instructor
* Insured under Guild Insurance
* Junior & Senior Swimming Coach (Water & Land)
* Austswim Teacher
* Current Apply First Aid Certificate
* Years of personal experience in fitness and training as a competitive swimmer which involved not just swimming but weight sessions, running, intervals, HIIT, pilates, yoga and kick boxing.
