The OHSMS outlines the requirements for the management of OHS by relevant organisations such as WorkCover, WorkSafe, Councils, Federal and State government agencies and meets all requirements of:
* Australian Standards AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Specification; with guidance for use;
* WHS Act and regulations;
* State and federal Government guidelines for the OHS management; and
* NOHSC:1016 National Standards for Construction Work.
