When my home computer crashed on weekend (I needed it to continue with my scheduled tasks) - I was glad to be able to have a phone consultation with OK PC and remotely (this is soooo fascinating to watch !) had it repaired/ upgraded/ configured/ removed lots of unused programs/etc.
I was able to chat to Chris while he was proceeding with the service, which gave me some understanding of what is being done to rectify all the issues.
His service was professional, prompt, convenient (I was at home while the service was performed right away after my first phone call) Cost was fair (as per info on their website), and I was able to use my PayPal, which was very handy for me.
My system now works perfectly and seems to be faster than before.
I would have no hesitation to use OK PC in the future and I would recommend Chris to my friends - as I am very pleased with the assistance and customer service I received.
